Custom Orders:
- Orders for custom-made jewelry or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Customers will be notified of the production status upon placing their order.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
- Orders for ready-to-ship items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may still be possible but are subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Process:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original method of payment.
- Customers must contact Chhavi’s Jewel directly to request a cancellation and initiate the refund process.

No-Return Policy:
- Due to the nature of the products (jewelry), Chhavi’s Jewel does not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, exceptions may be made for defective or damaged items upon receipt. Customers must notify Chhavi’s Jewel within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged item to qualify for a replacement or refund.

- Chhavi’s Jewel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the cancellation refund policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or governmental regulations.
